Construction management firm FaverGray will renovate the former Southern Bell building in Jacksonville Beach into its new corporate headquarters.

The 16,000 square feet Southern Bell building is located at 415 Pablo Ave. in Jacksonville Beach, reports Jacksonville Business Journal. The renovated headquarters building will sport a new design which will feature antique brick exterior, black wrought-iron balconies and hunter green windows.

As told to Jacksonville Business Journal, the building’s overall look and feel will resemble historic buildings in Charleston, South Carolina, or Savannah.

FaverGray plans to lease the first floor of the new building to retailers and office users while basing its headquarters on the 8,000 square feet on the second floor.

Construction is expected to begin in two weeks, with the renovation scheduled to be completed in April 2013.
