Emirates to open world’s first indoor aviation attraction in London
Emirates will open an indoor aviation theme park in London in July 2013, the first of its kind globally, which will chronicle the dynamic world of aviation.
Dubbed as Emirates Aviation Experience, it would be located at the South side of the Emirates Air Line in London. Spread over an area of almost 300 square metres, the aviation attraction will provide an insight into the operations and modern achievements of commercial air travel.
The centre will offer the intricate science of modern aviation in a hands-on, entertaining and instructive environment. It will incorporate state-of-the-art technology, interactive displays and life-size aircraft models scattered across various zones that will take visitors on an interactive aviation journey.
The Emirates Aviation Experience will also feature the world's first public facing commercial flight simulators including two Airbus 380s and two Boeing 777s. The simulators will utilise full landscape visuals, allowing visitors to practice take-off and landing.
