Saudi Arabia-based property developer Emaar Middle East will deliver and launch new residential schemes in 2013 Cityscape Jeddah.

Providing an opportunity to the homebuyers, the Cityscape Jeddah, Emaar Middle East will feature an extensive pavilion, spread over two levels, which will showcase its projects including Jeddah Gate, Al Khobar Lakes and Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower. Apart from that the model and masterplan of Abraj Al Hilal 2, the newest residential tower offering 'affordable luxury' living at Jeddah Gate, will also be displayed on the pavilion.

Sprawling over 400,000 square metres of land in Jeddah's new downtown, the Jeddah Gate project serves as a centre point for the city's new downtown and is near to the main railroad linking the two holy cities of Makkah and Madina to Jeddah. When completed, it will have over 230,000 square metres of modern office spaces and over 75,000 square metres of gross leasable retail space.

Spread over 12,300 square metres of space, the new Abraj Al Hilal 2 in Jeddah Gate is a three-tower residential complex. Comprising 17 to 21 floors, it offers 308 apartments, ranging in size from 98 to 449 square meters. Aiming at various types of customers, the community features lower villas and penthouses.

Set on approximately 2.6 million square metres of space featuring serene water bodies, Al Khobar City will have more than 2,000 private villas with retail and leisure amenities. In close proximity to Al Khobar City, Dhahran and Dammam, Al Khobar Lake is one of the premier lakefront development and is said to be the largest integrated community in the Kingdom.

Providing a host of modern amenities to the guests, the Al Khobar Lakes will feature a large retail centre with a gross leasable area of 95,000 square metres, 104,000 square metres of landscaping, greenery and parks. In addition to that it will also feature 11 mosques including a Grand Mosque for Friday Prayers, two educational facilities for both boys and girls, a shopping centre, two community centres, healthcare facilities and other amenities.

Located on the Haram Plaza, the Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower features 316 serviced apartments, which are situated at the higher floors of Makkah Clock Tower from level 30 to 41.

Cityscape Jeddah is an annual networking exhibition and conference that focuses on all aspects of real estate development in the Kingdom. The 2013 Cityscape Jeddah will be held from 2 to 4 March at the Jeddah Centre for Forums & Events.
