Durcon announces launch of new range of eco-friendly countertops
Texas-based work surface manufacturer Durcon Incorporated has announced the launch of ‘Elements by Durcon’, new range of eco-friendly countertops.
The countertops in the Elements range are manufactured using a proprietary blend of post-consumer recycled glass, fine, natural quarts minerals and resin. The resultant material is non-porous, does not require sealing and is VOC free. The countertop also comes with homogenous consistency, making it durable. All the products in the range are also 100% recyclable.
The range is also antibacterial and antifungal and is NSF 51 certified for food contact. They are also Greenguard certified for Children and Schools and Indoor Air Quality Certified. They can be used in kitchens or dining rooms and in laboratories. The countertops are available in various finishes and can add an aesthetic element to any surface.
