Don McNamara launches in luxury residential scheme in Texas
US-based property developer Don McNamara has launched a new luxury, lakefront residential community, called Long Cove, on Cedar Creek Lake near Dallas, Texas.
Located 75 miles southeast of Dallas, Long Cove is being developed on a pristine, undeveloped 900 acre lakefront land on the six mile long stretch of the southern side of Cedar Creek Lake. Nestled in a natural forest setting, the Long Cove project involves development of about 300 properties that will consist of both residential and commercial developments.
In phase I, the project involves construction of 33 properties, which include 22 pre-designed Waterside Cottages, and 11 vacant lots consisting of seven Lake Front Lots and four Family Compound Lots, which will allow the buyers to build homes as per their requirements.
The pre-designed Waterside Cottages are being offered in seven distinct floor plans, with an option for customized finish. The lakefront lots vary between 1/2 acre to 1 acre in size and feature up to 150 feet of shoreline. The waterfront Family Compounds are large lots with areas of up to 2.5 acres, featuring up to 500 feet of shoreline. These lots can accommodate multiple buildings.
Amenities for Long Cove residents include a lakefront swim club, featuring a waterslide, adult lap pool, kids pool /splash pad and spa area; community docks, beach and sand volleyball courts; regulation-sized sports fields; toy barn; library; and boating facilities among several others.
