DelShah unveils new headquarters in New York
DelShah, a full-service real estate company, has unveiled its new headquarters space in Manhattan, New York designed by nemaworkshop and Chien Dao Studios.
The new office is located at 114 East 13th Street, Union Square in Manhattan and spans 2,600 square feet. It features advanced, high design interiors. The focal point of the office is a large 30-feet long work table, which includes workstations for eight people.
The space has been designed on contemporary lines and has been done up in black and white, and features custom millwork furnishings and red acrylic partitions. A full kitchen and communal dining table for eight has been included with the space.
The entire office has Sonos multi-zone sound system all through, which allows people to listen to music, as they work. The office boasts of a 15-feet high ceiling. The executive office and conference rooms are built around eight vertical columns, which renders privacy to the place.
The space also features floor-to-ceiling windows, which double as a store front for the company. It also allows natural light to permeate into the inner space. A white illuminated Newmat Stretch Ceiling System has been incorporated, which is made from backlit PVC membrane material. The ceiling system creates a glowing ceiling of light throughout the entire space.
DelShah has already moved to the new building.
