Decorative Ceiling Tiles' range at BMS showcased in US TV series
The refurbished recreation room at Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) in Bristol has employed ceiling tile range from American retailer Decorative Ceiling Tiles (DCT), which was showcased in an episode of the Do-It-Yourself Television Man Caves room-makeover show.
A sky box at Bristol Motor Speedway was transformed into a guest suite in less than three days, in time for the August Race Week. For the makeover, co-hosts contractor Jason Cameron and football legend Tony Siragusa used 200 of DCT’s 222 Schoolhouse faux tin glue-up ceiling tiles in black colour.
The transformed sky box features a mini-refrigerator, a host of leather chairs and couches, recessed track lighting, and full-length wall murals of historic BMS scenes. The makeover also includes several strategically placed giant-screen televisions to make the place more relaxing and enjoyable along with several checkered flag accents.
The segment was aired on 17 August 2012.
