Decorative Ceiling Tiles (DCT) has collaborated with American property rehabilitator GreenRose Fine Homes to practice and promote 'greenhabbing', the art of rehabilitation and redesigning of homes towards saving environment and money.

With an aim to help the homeowners, the GreenRose Fine Homes assists homeowners to 'greenhab' and prepare their homes for resale to save and reuse as much of the original construction as possible. This saves both the environment and the effort and money of the homeowner, which makes the living spaces both affordable and enjoyable.

GreenRose Fine Homes specialises in greenhabbing of older Victorian-style homes. GreenRose has recently redesigned an old Victorian kitchen using DCT’s 117 Grandma’s Doilies Quartet faux tin glue-up ceiling tiles.

Featuring new fixtures, a deep brown Brazilian walnut wooden floor, and a shiny new ceiling, the transformation of the 1940s-era home also includes the renovation of the kitchen with faux tin decorative ceiling tiles, which are not only durable but also affordable.
