Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum, located in Dallas, Texas, has completed a $3.5 million renovation.

Dallas/Addison Marriott Quorum is located in close proximity to the Dallas Galleria. Scope of work involved creation of the Marriott Great Room and expansion of meeting space, which consists of the Quorum Ballroom and the Blueprint meeting room.

The project also included development of a new bar and restaurant called Addison Grill/Texas Food and Cocktails; and a new outlet called We Proudly Brew Starbucks. Additional work involved upgrades to the existing front desk, business center and retail space of the hotel.

The hotel has more than 547 guest rooms and over 30 meeting rooms and breakout rooms, which in total offer about 20,300 square feet of meeting space. Its largest meeting room is called the Grand Ballroom, which has an area of 9450 square feet and offers space for 1000 guests.
