Crest Nicholson launches Central Plaza residential scheme in Birmingham

Crest Nicholson, in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Optima Community Association, has launched the new Central Plaza residential scheme in Park Central development in Birmingham city centre, UK.

Designed to provide an upscale living standard to the modern home owner, the £15 million ($23.19 million) Central Plaza phase will deliver 132 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments across two residential buildings, sitting over a 139 space undercroft car park.

After the completion of the project, the two Central Plaza buildings will link together the eight acres of landscaped parkland at Park Central, including the Moonlit Park, Wildflower Meadow and Sunset Park.

Construction is already underway with the project expected to be completed by autumn 2013.
