Crescent Resources designs office space in Tennessee
US-based real estate company Crescent Resources has begun designing Two Greenway Centre, an office space in Franklin, Tennessee, US.
The project involves construction of an A-grade office space, which will have a total area of 155,000 square feet. The new build will be a five storey building, and will feature several sustainable aspects. The company is targeting to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the US Green Building Council for it.
The company has engaged the services of US-based architectural firm Little for the project. The project is located 14 miles south of Nashville's central business district and is just 20 minutes away from the Nashville International Airport. Greenway Centre offers immediate access to I-65.
