Courtyard North Charleston hotel completes extensive makeover
Courtyard North Charleston hotel in South Carolina, US has completed a $2 million facelift.
The project encompasses upgrades to its lobby, dining concept, and guest rooms. The traditional front desk of the hotel has now been replaced with welcome pedestals to boost interaction between staff and guests during the check-in process, and to allow quicker check-ins. The hotel's business centre has also received an overhaul and now sports new airport terminals to allow printing of boarding passes.
A distinct feature of the hotel's revamped lobby include the GoBoard technology. The technology comprises a large touch-screen display which offers information on varied topics such as news headlines, weather reports, flight updates, and directions of local landmarks. The dining concept of the hotel has also been improved with The Bistro—Eat. Drink. Connect.
All the rooms of the property have now incorporated stylish accents such as artwork, lamps, granite vanities, bathroom tile and refurbished closet spaces. The king bedrooms have been equipped with comfortable new sofa beds following the makeover.
