Courtyard by Marriott to open new hotel in Amsterdam
Courtyard by Marriott is set to open the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Atlas Park in The Netherlands in 2014.
The hotel will be situated adjacent to the Amsterdam Arena football stadium and will house a total of 170 rooms. The guest rooms of the facility will be characterised by clean lines and a mediterranean colour scheme. The rooms will also be equipped with plenty of work areas, plug-in outlets, and task lighting fixtures. The design of the rooms will allow optimum penetration of natural light.
The lobby of the hotel will don a contemporary style comprising flexible seating facilities, and a 24/7 market. A unique feature of the lobby will include an interactive GoBoard screen which will provide information on varied topics such as current news, weather and local information. Further, the new hotel will comprise an all-day bistro restaurant.
