Cosentino launches Shaping Silestone modular kitchen furniture

Spanish firm Cosentino has launched the Shaping Silestone kitchen furniture.

The design of the furniture has been conceived by Brazilian designers Fernando and Humberto Campana. It incorporates a sculptural and modular style featuring three different components. The design of the piece is reminiscent of a mixed-use Swiss Army knife. The furniture is formed of Silestone quartz surfaces.

The front panels of the piece are covered in a thin hardwood veneer which is made from a walnut tree. The item is fitted with Cosentino’s Integrity kitchen sink. Shaping Silestone comes with a host of coordinating chairs.

The furniture has been showcased in Fuorisalone 2012 held in Italy from 17 to 22 April 2012.
