Construction work is nearing completion for a residential scheme named as The Townes at the gated community ThreeSixty in South Bay, Los Angeles County, which is inspired from the classic modern Los Angeles architecture.

Select designs offer ground-level living suites, dens, lofts, flex space and a two-car bypass garage. Five attached designs range from approximately 1,579 to 2,106 square feet, with two bedrooms plus a den and up to four bedrooms plus den or loft, and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms.
