Construction underway for Old Brewery residential scheme in Horndean
Construction is underway for a new residential scheme named as Old Brewery in Horndean, UK.
Developed by the British new build property developer Linden Home, the residential scheme has been created on the site of the Gale and Co. brewery. The new development scheme consists of a mixture of two, three and four bedroom houses, and one and two bedroom apartments.
The scheme will be developed in phases with the first phase of the project to consist of 19 homes. Out of these, 13 will be houses and six will be apartments. The second phase of the project includes 21 houses and 20 apartments.
The new show home is expected to open in spring 2013.
