It will also feature a 25 metre sprung floor gymnasium and fully adaptive cardio vascular equipment, a physiotherapy suite with purpose designed clinical treatment rooms, and a hydrotherapy pool.
The facility will also house a revolutionary Support Hub which will provide servicemen, women and veterans access to specialist service charities and agencies in a single location.
Providing the best support, the Recovery Centre will serve those who have suffered life-changing injuries and illnesses. The Endeavour Centre will be run and staffed by the Navy/MoD.
The first phase of the Naval Service Recovery Centre at HMS Drake includes Parker VC – a specialist adaptive accommodation facility with 60 cabins including six family rooms.
