Construction begins on senior residential scheme in Liverpool
Construction work has started on the £8 million ($12.52 million) Belle Vale residential scheme for older residents in Liverpool, which is designed to provide high-quality independent living housing for seniors over 55.
Located at the site off Childwall Valley Road, the Belle Vale residential scheme will be a 70-home complex. Creating a range of modern, purpose-built accommodation for older residents in a landscaped setting, the Belle Vale residential scheme will include 42 apartments, 14 flats for affordable rent, and 12 flats and two bungalows for low-cost home ownership.
The scheme will create well-designed, modern accommodation, providing older residents with access to different levels of support to suit their needs.
The Belle Vale housing scheme is set to be completed in December 2014.
