Swedish multidisciplinary design practice Claesson Koivisto Rune has presented its new pendant lamp designed for Wästberg at Stockholm Furniture Fair 2013, which was held from 5-9 February 2013.

Dubbed ‘w131,’the new pendant lamp combines modern technology with old-world charm. Small in size, w131 is equipped with reflector halogen which offers good light. The lamp is designed to be extremely versatile.

The lamp is also designed to be tactile and friendly. Made of sand-cast recycled aluminium, the new pendant lamp looks both beautiful and environmentally sound. Any imperfections of the metal seen in the lamp are introduced on purpose to lend it a rustic feel. The lamp also utilises textile cord which adds softness.

W131 can be used both at home and for contract.
