Claesson Koivisto presents new seating collection at Milan Furniture Fair 2013

Swedish multidisciplinary architectural practice Claesson Koivisto Rune has exhibited a seating collection named as Hug and a small family of ottomans called Penta at the Milan Furniture Fair 2013, which are made for the Italian furniture company Arflex.

Designed for versatile use, the Penta consists of a small family of ottomans, which can complement any furniture collection. Featuring an angular design, Penta is a softer, rounder piece. The form of the ottoman is based on a pentagon combined with a circle. Designed with multi-directional functionality, the Penta ottoman can be used in all types of interiors, contemporary as well as traditional.

Providing seating comfort coupled with elegant upholstery solutions, the Hug armchair features steel legs, as well as a leg frame finished in solid wood. Both are available in a range of colours and finishes.

To provide flexibility along with a new look, each and every part of the Hug armchair has been carefully designed. Available in various colour schemes, the Hug can add more vibrancy and friendliness to the atmosphere.
