Hospitality brand Centara Hotels & Resorts will open a new hotel named as Centara Grand Resort & Spa Pattaya, which is the brand’s fourth hotel in Pattaya, Thailand.

Located at Phratamnak Hill, the new nine-storey hotel features 161 rooms and suites. To provide an upscale dining experience to the guests, the hotel offers an all-day restaurant named Oceana, including a huge aquarium, which is its predominant design theme.

The hotel also features a rooftop restaurant named Altezza, which will serve Italian cuisine and comfort food; a deli called Crumbs; and a French-inspired bistro. Additional amenities include Spa Cenvaree, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool.

Targeting to attract the MICE sector, the hotel offers an Excel meetings facility that features two function rooms and an adjacent lounge.

To open in March 2013, the Centara Grand Resort & Spa Pattaya entailed an outlay of THB1.1 billion ($0.035 billion). Centara will manage the hotel under a contract signed in February 2010 with the Cliff Residence Company Limited, a division of the Tulip Group.
