Warsaw-based team of global architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan has secured a project to design the Gwiazda Morza Hotel on Baltic Sea coast in Poland for the client Gwiazda Morza sp. z o.o. S.K.A.

To be located at Wladyslawowo, a seaside resort on the Baltic Sea coast north of Tri City, Poland, the Gwiazda Morza Hotel will be an upscale hotel with 120 contemporary luxurious rooms.

Apart from that the scheme will also feature condominium and apartment facilities, as well as a spa and conference centre and speciality dining experiences. Providing guests with panoramic views across bay and marina of Wladyslawowo, the project will benefit from a woodland setting.

The hotel will be the first four-star global brand hotel in the local market.
