Broadway Malyan completes lounge construction at Poland Airport
Global architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan has completed construction of the business and fast track lounge at Katowice International Airport in southern Poland.
Broadway Malyan delivered the concept design for space planning and interior design services to client Górnoslaskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze, which manages the development of infrastructure at Katowice Airport, on the high-profile scheme which is part of the first phase of an ambitious expansion plan.
The architecture firm designed a welcoming, luxurious and elegant space to maximise the comfort of passengers. Apart from extending the aprons, the airport is planning to construct a third passenger terminal and a new runway strip in the near future.
The completion of lounge is part of Broadway Malyan’s new strategy that aims to expand team in Poland and widen project portfolio across sectors.
