Boca Raton hotel in Florida has completed a $2-million renovation, which provides a chic modern look to the hotel with the addition of Café 5150 restaurant and a renovated lobby.

Part of the new great room concept, the Café 5150 is a 150-seat restaurant, which has replaced the hotel's Absinthe. The new restaurant, after opening, will offer communal seating, and a private dining area that seats 14 in a sophisticated ambience.

The restaurant also includes an all-day bar, the décor of which, is a combination of elegant Floridian shutter-style decor with the clean lines and modern colour palette of big-city living.

To host small, informal meetings, the hotel also offers more than 13,500 square feet of event space, including a 5,148 square feet with seating capacity for 600.

The restaurant at this hotel near Boca Raton Beach opened to the guests on 21 January 2013.
