Blu Homes introduces Sidebreeze model home
US-based home builder Blu Homes has introduced the Sidebreeze model homes, which offers eight model home options to the home buyer.
Charactrised by spacious designs, the new 2,600 square feet model home from Blu Homes is the company's largest and most luxurious design, till date.
Providing a wide range of environmentally-friendly, beautifully-designed options, the two-storied Sidebreeze features open floor plans with ceilings that soar to over 12 feet in its central 25' x 17' Breezespace. It features large three or four spacious bedrooms, and three full baths or two full and one half bath. There is also an option for a media room. Allowing abundance of natural light into the homes, the Breezespace features full glass walls on both sides.
Featuring Breezespace and the cantilevered second storey, the Sidebreeze creates a welcoming entrance and multiple courtyards. Offering two floors, the expansive first floor of the Sidebreeze can be used for entertainment purpose. Inside the home, it features an open, steel staircase that leads to the private second floor with high ceilings and spacious bedrooms, including a master suite and a balcony.
In addition to that, it features a spacious kitchen, ample counter space, an optional fireplace and a separate garage.
