Bloomberry Resorts tops out hotel in PAGCOR Entertainment City


Bloomberry Resorts Corporation has topped out the Solaire Manila hotel facility as part of phase I of its integrated resort complex project in PAGCOR Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines.


The first phase of the development, estimated to have a budget of $650 million, spans over a floor area of 180,000 square metres with creation of a 11-storey hotel tower. Work also involves construction of three podium floors with ballroom/convention facilities, restaurants, retail shops, health and wellness facilities, and casino and gaming space spanning about 22,268 square metres. This phase also leads to creation of a car parking lot encompassing ten stories.

Structural works on the extension of the first phase have already commenced. It will involve expansion of the retail outlets, a boutique hotel, a live performance theatre, as well as a more spacious garage building.

The entire first phase is due for completion by the end of 2012.
