Bethan Gray selected for Best of British Creativity Showcase in London
The G&T Collection by Bethan Gray has been selected by UK Trade & Investment as the best of modern British art and design at The British Business Embassy.
Spotted at Clerkenwell Design Week in May, where she launched her G&T Collection, Bethan will present the Brogue side table in the State Dining Room, one of 18 specially curated rooms at Lancaster House.
The Brogue table is a range of leather topped tables with solid wood bases that feature an intricate wax thread brogue finished with a hand stitched detail. The tables are produced using leather to give it a durable finish. The table will age with use, creating a piece of furniture that develops its own individual personality, becoming a future heirloom.
Held at Lancaster House, Central London, and taking place for six weeks during London 2012, the exhibition will introduce some of the most globally influential business leaders to British or British trained designers and manufacturers during the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The British Business Embassy at Lancaster House is the centrepiece of UK Trade & Investment's international business legacy programme during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It will play host to 18 global business summits across six weeks.
Bethan Gray will also showcase the G&T collection at Design Junction during London Design Week between 19 and 23 September 2012.
