Forbo Flooring has created a bespoke floor for an exhibit recreating Roald Dahl’s famous ‘writing hut’ at the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre in Buckinghamshire.

Designed by Outside Studios, the exhibit includes original features from the hut in which Dahl wrote many of his famous stories. Working to a design by Outside Studios, Forbo Flooring used its Aquajet technology to cut some of Dahl's best-known words and sentences into the Marmoleum floor, which is used to created a 'garden path' leading up to the hut.

Its contents and interior were moved to the museum last year from the Dahl family home, Gypsy House, in Great Missenden.
