Benetti launches 44 metre Checkmate superyacht
Italian yacht manufactuer Benetti has introduced a new 145 feet (44.19 metre) superyacht called Checkmate.
The yacht embodies the Italian styling and 140 years old craftmanship of Benetti. Checkmate forms part of the company's Vision Line of superyacht with hull BV018.
The interiors of Checkmate are both sober and rich, which have been done in cherry and Burr Madrona woods. The neoclassical dark inlays have been enhanced by the use of marble. The yacht showcases timeless design, superior safety and high quality on-board life.
The new Benetti Vision Checkmate has a beam of over nine meters. The yacht is powered by means of twin 1,300 HP Caterpillar engines. The boat has a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising range of over 3,500 nautical miles.
