Ayllu Collective launches Lamparini lamp series
Peruvian design practice Ayllu Collective has launched a new series of lights called Lamparini.
The new line is made from Peruvian pine wood. Each lamp in the lighting series is individually hand crafted. The range is available in three color variants, namely brown, red wine and green. The clean and elegant design of the lamp serves more purposes than just a table lamp. The Lamparini acts as a perfect art piece for any interior.
The design of the Lamparini is based on the wabi-sabi concept of Japanese architecture, which has been interjected with Peruvian local iconography and pre-Columbian geometric traditions. The wabi-sabi is an aesthetic, which is centered on the acceptance of transience.
