ASSA launches upgraded Smartair door management system
ASSA has launched an upgraded version of its Smartair wireless door management system in a new design.
The new Smartair has been designed on the functionality lines of its predecessor. However, it boasts style and a sleek profile, which is likely to complement modern building environments.
New version of Smartair has wireless security system, which includes programming device and wall reader. This enables it to blend in with modern interior schemes, and provide superior access control and security.
Smartair standalone is designed as a cost effective system, which is suitable for small commercial environments or one-off developments that require access management. The system has contactless RFID technology, which negates any wiring and simplifies installation process as well. The product can be installed on any mechanical door and can be installed in conjunction with the existing mechanical cylinder. The upgraded version does not require further installation of any software.
The Smartair unit comes as a bolt-on unit and is supplied in a handy kit. The credential types can be manipulated. The manufacturer also supplies a programming card with the product, which enables the users to further increase the access control by adding and deleting.
