Arabtec Holding' joint venture to develop Aldara Hospital and Medical Center in Riyadh

UAE-based Arabtec Holding's joint venture between Arabtec Saudi Arabia LLC and Greece’s Terna S.A., has been awarded a SAR404 million ($107.58 million) contract by Aldara Medical Corporation to build Aldara Hospital and Medical Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

To be constructed on a built-up area of 107,000 square meters, the Aldara Hospital and Medical Center will be a six-storey building. Upon completion, the new hospital will feature 105-beds for patients, 68 clinics, 8 operating theatres, 15 procedures rooms, and 1,040 parking spaces.

The Aldara Hospital and Medical Center will be spread over six floors and include two medical centres.

Construction on the Aldara Hospital and Medical Center is expected to be completed in early 2015. It is expected to become Riyadh’s largest and most technically-advanced outpatient centre.
