UK-based retail blinds chain Apollo Blinds has launched a new wooden Venetian blind collection, which is designed to complement all colour palettes.

Available in 20 different finishes, the collection includes High Gloss, Traditional, Classic, Oiled Oak, Faux Wood and Shutter Style finishes, which are designed to bring texture and character to any room.

There are two High Gloss options in 'brilliant white' and 'piano black' with a 50 mili metre slat size. Tapes are available in white, bamboo, light cocoa black, rust, cumin, blueberry and soft grey. To give a modern look to the home, the high gloss window dressing can be used to add an instant contemporary twist, which complements the existing gloss furnishings. Prices for Apollo’s High Gloss Wood Venetian blinds start at £93 ($155) for a 400mm x 1200mm blind.

The Traditional blind is available in ash and oak finishes with 50 mili metre slat widths. It offers a number of colour co-ordinating tapes including white, bamboo, light cocoa black, rust, cumin, blueberry and soft grey. Designed for the French windows, the Classic collection includes a lightweight hardwood Venetian in eight different finishes including aspen, white linen, soft cream, marfim, saffron, freijo, marrone and verona with 25 mili metre, 35 mili metre and 50 mili metre slat widths. Prices start at £80 ($124) for a 400mm x 1200mm blind.

The Oiled Oak Venetian is a classic window treatment, which offers natural style and beauty. It is available with 35 mili metre slat widths and with tape colours of white, bamboo and light cocoa black. Prices for Apollo’s Oiled Oak Venetian blinds start at £153 ($238) for a 400mm x 1200mm blind.

Apollo’s Faux Wood Venetian range is designed for moist rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens as it does not warp or bend. It is available in four finishes – kalim, bay, maple and almond - with 50 mili metre slat widths. Prices start at £69 ($107) for a 1200mm x 400mm blind.

Apollo’s Shutter Style Venetian blinds can be used as an alternative to plantation shutters. The Shutter Style Venetians are available in brilliant white, cotton white, and cream with 63 mili metre slat widths. The tapes are available in white and calico. Prices for Apollo’s Shutter Style wood Venetian blinds start at £96 ($1070) for a 400mm x 1200mm blind.

The wood Venetian blinds collection is available with child safety cleats as standard to keep cords out of childrens’ reach. Apollo Blinds will continue to offer its range of made-to-measure, bespoke Venetian blinds to complement this new range.
