Anti Crise chair by Pedro Gomes

Potugese designer Pedro Gomes has designed a new chair named Anti Crise chair, which routes its inspiration to the global economic crisis.

The chair is hollow and boasts a slot at the top of the back. The back has an embedded glass, which conceals a saw. The saw is used to remove the front end of the seat to make way for a hollow space. This space can then be used for the storage of magazines.

He has also incorporated a piggy bank in the design of the chair. The chair has a neutral tone, which is accentuated by red accents.

The chair adds a new dimension to the décor of any room. It also boasts an experimental approach.
