Alivar presents Wavy bookshelf system at Salone del Mobile 2012
Alivar has presented the Wavy bookshelf system at the Salone del Mobile 2012 held in Milan, Italy.
The thin looking system has been designed by Italian designer Giuseppe Bavuso. It incorporates a minimalistic style featuring horizontal and vertical wavy patterns. The wavy design gives the piece a light feel. The look of the item is complemented by intricate detailing work.
The system is completely formed of HI – MACS Natural Acrylic Stone by LG donning a S28 Alpine White tone. It sports several blocks which can be integrated by laying one upon the other. The item has been designed to hide any kind of joint, thereby amplifying its aesthetics. It can be arranged in different formal linear configurations such as a vertically, horizontal superimposed module pattern.
