Ahmarra Door Installations has secured a £400,000 order to install doorsets for Pier 5 at the north terminal in Gatwick Airport, London.

Ahmarra has supplied and fitted over 3,000 fire-rated doorsets across all BAA and GAL operations. Meeting the requirements for the GAL Framework Agreement, Ahmarra’s range of high performance, FSC timber doorsets with laminate facings were selected for this project. Ahmarra' products were specified by main contractor Carillion Construction Ltd.

Ahmarra specialises in developing as well as installing fire-resistant doorset standards throughout their facilities. It is also a member of BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Manufacturer Scheme, one of the industry's third party schemes as well as the BM TRADA Fire Door Registered Installer Scheme.

Ahmarra has been installing and supplying fire-rated doorsets since 2006, across all BAA and GAL operations.
